In those consultancies we focus on every aspect of the business. That said at the moment there are four big ones that are really worrying our clients. The first one is getting new instructions, the threat of online, the limited stock that’s available. How can we get more instructions, more things on our books? Secondly, it’s the fee ban coming up. That’s a big worry for people. Thirdly and fourthly, it’s staff and compliance and we’re going to spend a lot of time talking about that.
However, as the most important thing at the moment and the big one that’s coming up the hill is fees. We’re going to look at this and try and produce something that actually helps you in respect of the fee ban.
There’s a lot being said, people have been talking about using technology to reduce costs and things like that. That’s not the kind of thing we’re going to do. Everybody knows VTUK and the kind of stuff we produce. What we are going to do is share some of our client experiences as to how they’re actually challenging the fee ban and inevitably we’ll be making more money at the end of it.
